Letter Sizing On Thumbnail

  • Hi everyone,

    I am having an issue with the letter sizing on the thumbnail. I created a custom thumbnail that has a title on it and it looks fine on the custom thumbnail in the youtube player. However, when I upload the thumbnail in my recent posts, the letter gets cutoff some. What can I do to get it where the lettering will look good on both the custom thumbnail that shows in the youtube player and in the preview thumbnail created by this plugin?

    The way the thumbnail is cropped on your site is determined by your theme. It sounds like the aspect ratio it uses for recent post thumbnails doesn’t match the aspect ratio of your video. You’ll have to edit your theme’s code if you want to display the proper aspect ratio, which is something your theme’s author may be willing to help you do.
