    Specifically which emails? There are so many.

    Any letter. Error message, password reset and others. Is there a common file for Header and Footer, for all messages?. I want to change Header and Footer, I don’t want to install a plugin.

    Ok, without a plugin, you can’t customize those without editing core files, which I cannot recommend here because:

    1. You might break WordPress.
    2. You’d have to re-apply those changes every single time WordPress updates.

    Instead, I recommend using a plugin like https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/bnfw/

    You do not know if there is such a plugin so that after its removal its settings remain?

    No, that’s not how plugins operate.
