Letting post authors simply follow comments/not manage them

  • I was curious if anyone knew how to let the author of the post simply get email updates when there was a comment on their post.

    Currently the default is to send the login instructions and ‘approve’ this or ‘disapprove’ that. I just want the author to be able to see the comments that I’ve approved and respond if they want to.

    I would assume one way to do it would be to simply change the information that goes out in the default notification. I just don’t know how to do that. Thanks in advance for the help!!

    I’m using Thesis Theme with the wordpress version before the newest one. Thanks!
