levels page not working

    Hi there,

    I have installed the plugin and followed the instructions to setup pages and levels but when I go on levels page nothing is showed. How can I list in site the levels I created?

    Thank you for getting in touch with us! Would you mind logging into your site and checking your Membership Levels page to make sure that it has the Levels shortcode [pmpro_levels] on the page?

    You could also make sure that that the correct page is set to be your membership levels page by navigating to your WP Dashboard > Membership > Page Settings > Membership Level Page must be set to the relevant page that has the [pmpro_levels] shortcode on it.

    Thank you, it worked.
    I created all pages manually that’s why I think it did not work. Checked your documentation but didn’t find anywhere this shortcode. Is there a page with shortcodes for all Membership pages?

    The best bet will be to have a look at https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/documentation/

    Alternatively, you can login to your dashboard > ‘Memberships’ > ‘Page Settings’ and under ‘view’ or ‘edit page’ you will see the shortcode there.
