Leverage browser caching

Thank you for this plugin. I am new to wordpress, but this seems to work the best of what I have tried. When I perform a speed test on the google page speed insights, it says I need to leverage browser caching. I do have it checked in my installation, but I still get this message. My site is https://immautoservice.com/ Is there something else I need to do? Thanks again, Dave
