‘Leverage browser caching’ issue even if it is already enabled on W3

I already enabled Browser Caching on the settings. I followed the ideal settings from this site: https://onlinemediamasters.com/w3-total-cache-settings/.
As you can see from this report, https://gtmetrix.com/reports/diversitymbamagazine.com/X9dsXxUC, the grade for Leverage Browser Caching is F(0). Any ideas why the issue still remains and how to fix it? Thank you!The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
