    Hello,

I enabled LFFS in the settings and it does show the amount left for free shipping. My threshold is set at INR 1000.

So I add my first product priced at INR 560 and LFFS shows INR 440 for free shipping. However, when i add another product of same value(INR 560) or more, the LFFS continue to show INR 440.

At one instance, I emptied by cart completely but still it was showing INR 440 left for free shipping.

Please help me address this issue.

    Thanks

    Manish

    Hello @grola,

So, I checked. It stays in the cache and that’s why the amount is neither changing nor it goes off the checkout page if Free Delivery rule gets executed.

How do i handle this issue so that it clears automatically?

    Please respond. Thanks/Manish

    Hi @mb299,

Which cache is that? Perhaps it will be enough to clear this cache on the woocommerce_package_rates action.

    Best regards

    Hi @grola ,

I was using Litespeed cache on my website, which was not allowing to refresh. I have deactivated it now and LFFS is getting refreshed each time.

would you have a recommendation for a lightweight yet effective cache that i can use?

    Thanks/Manish

I won’t recommend anything that could solve this problem. If pages are meant to display content that changes depending on the cart’s contents, then it should not be cached.

    Hi @grola ,

I think i narrowed down to the actual issue just now. Its not the cache plugin thats creating a problem of not displaying or not correctly displaying the LFFS. It’s not showing for the unlogged users.

The LFFS displays for only logged in users.

Would you want to check and revert on how to address this now?

    Appreciate your support.

    Thanks/Manish

First, check if the “Show only for logged in users” option is enabled in the shipping method settings.
If you don’t have this option enabled, there are many other factors that can affect it. Without knowing your configuration: plugins, theme, and custom code, I cannot determine what the issue is.

No, it’s the option is not checked.

Am using Astra theme and there’s no custom code on my website. The following are the plugins active on my website:

    The SEO Framework
    Beaver Builder Plugin (Lite Version)
    Cache Enabler
    Click to Chat
    Code Snippets
    CookieYes | GDPR Cookie Consent
    EmbedPress
    Everest Forms
    Flexible Shipping
Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights
    Google for WooCommerce
    Hunk Companion
    Ninja Forms
    Pinterest for WooCommerce
Social Media and Share Icons (Ultimate Social Media)
1 Razorpay: Signup for FREE PG
    WooCommerce
    WP Mail SMTP
    WP Menu Icons
    WP Meteor
    Shield Security

If possible, please go the website https://www.utopglobal.com and help me out.

    Appreciate your time.

In order for WooCommerce to calculate shipping, the shipping address must be known. For non-logged in users, this address is unknown, so WooCommerce does not calculate shipping costs until the address is entered in the checkout form.

So is there a way to display it during checkout for a non-logged in user, the moment an address is entered?

Please do let me know. Thanks/Manish

Try to set “Default customer location” to Shop locatiom in General Woocommerce settings.
