    Dear Support Team,

I’ve enable the LFFS option to test it on my store but after i decided to disable it, but the notice still shows up on the frontend. I don’t want to show that notice and now it doesn’t want to go away.

I have already tried changing to the storefront theme and the notice keeps showing. Also I’ve tried to disable the plugin and enable it and still shows up.
I imagine that if i delete the plugin and clean the database for anything related to your plugin and then i install it then the notice will stop showing up…but if i click the button to enable the LFFS again, probably it will never go away again.

Would love your assistance to continue to use your plugin.

    Thanks.

    Pedro

Hi @pedromag, it sounds like you might have a caching plugin enabled that’s configured too aggressively. If you have a caching plugin enabled, try disabling it and see what happens.

@pedromag, also check if LFFS is enabled on other methods.

@grola Hi. Thanks for the quick reply.
Because I’m still in development, I’m not using any cache plugin. Not even in the server level. What could it be?

What do you mean to check if LFFS is enable on other methods?

    Hi @pedromag,

please show screenshots with shipping zones settings, with all you Flexible Shipping methods settings, and with cart/checkout page with LFFS notice visible.

    Thank you

@grola It seems it’s working now. Maybe it was a cache issue but it’s strange i’m not using anything. Browser cache maybe…

    Thanks anyway.
