Hello,

I investigated this issue and what I found that’s Google doesn’t show profile pictures for reviews which no longer returned via Google Places API (which uses in the plugin), but the plugin can’t understand it and keeps an old link to such photos.

Also, I saw that you’re using the Business plugin and in this case you can just disable these user avatars by using a ‘Hide user avatars’ option in the ‘Display Options’ panel
