• Well, I’ve been working on this skin for some time now and with the release of the host site also comes the release of this WordPress theme which has taken an absurd amount of time to do. It’s been designed for easy manipulation and customisation, and also to be a bit different from the normal wordpress themes. There will be improvements made to it in time, but yeah.

The demo site is this, the mini site for the template is here and the download site is this page.

    Thanks for your time,

    Tom

  • Nicely done, though there will be similar competition from the K2 theme except I actually like this better. The search button in FireFox is stick right next to the search box, almost overlapping.

I agree, it’s looks like a nice, clean template that should be a good basis for customising.

    Good job!

Out of curiosity, how should I go about promoting the skin? Are there any sites in particular I should be posting? (i saw a WordPress themes one ages ago but stupidly forgot the URL. dang.)

Okay, after some moderate success with this theme, I have decided to tackle it once again and bring out a second version.

So, what ‘overhauling’ improvements would you suggest? Feedback is, as ever, welcomed.

I’m using this theme right now actually, and it’s serving me pretty well. I just wish the main page area was a tiny bit wider and there was a little more space between the sidebar and the main text window.

Those are little things though, and functionally there isn’t much I’ve had a problem with in the template.

Perhaps it might be nice to build in a sidebar box for us newbs to place our buttons in.
