    Hi Katie,

Love this plugin. After updating, though, I can’t see any of my citations in the library through the Zotpress interface and because of this they won’t display on my site.
Zotpress says it can access external sites and that it has no issues connecting to a Zotero account.
What I find odd is that it shows all my tags and folders from the dropdown menus on the Browse page of Zotpress but not the citations.

Let me know if you need any more info, thanks!

  • Same issue here. Nothing is working anymore: publications are not listed on the front page and when I try to browse the publications in the back office, there is an odd listing (the formatted references with a link ‘Select image’ and a blue frame overlaid on the right side). I have a dropdown menu where I can select the folders of my library and another one to select tags. Finally, there is a paging system on the bottom that is not working. Help!!

    Thank you!

I have tried to erase the account and then created it again (successful validation) but now, ‘There are no citations to display’ in the browser back office…???

I tried a Reset Zotpress command. Did not help…:-(

For one user, it was a problem with the style name, i.e. “TheJournalofImmunology” was used instead of the required Zotero Styles name of “the-journal-of-immunology”.

So I think I managed to fix the problem (in my case anyway).

It did have to do with the style names. I was using “IEEE” in capitals but it should have been lowercase which matches the style’s URL.

Note: Styles must be listed here. Use the name found in the style’s URL, e.g. modern-language-association.

It worked before version 6 with capitals in the style name. Perhaps the style name could be used to search https://www.zotero.org/styles/ for the style’s URL?

Thanks for your help Katie =]
