[Libre 2] CSS to edit text format (font size)?

Hi, i’m using Libre 2 theme and need help on how to edit the CSS file to change font size. Which file should i edit? Is it from Appearance > Theme Editor > style.css?… And which parameter in that file should i change?
This is the font size that i want to change (in the red circle):
