Libxml parser removes localized scripts

I’ve done some testing with the latest version of Pagespeed Ninja and found that Ultra preset is the most optimal solution for performance/stability.
During this testing also did runs with experimental preset which enables libxml html parser, which seems to really boost performance, but breaks objects/variables added to page via wp_localize_script, so any scripts that depend on this data provided by localized script will also break.
Is there a particular config that can be done as a workaround for this?
