    Thanks for getting back to me. I really appreciate it. I came to the Support here as I had been waiting for 4 days for a response to my ticket in the paid app login.

    I have another query there now which is very urgent. Can you please review and respond? I have purchased a 10 site licence but the licence key is not working, saying that I don’t have any activations left when I haven’t used it for anything yet.
