    My lifetime/unlimited Soliloquy license purchased in 2015 recently stopped working on several sites.
    Logging into my Soliloquy account there is no longer any record of my purchases.
    What’s going on!
    Have emailed Soliloquy support multiple times with my license key for an explanation and resolution but have received no response.

    I’m so sorry you’ve not been replied to. For some reason, your messages were being filtered into our spam inbox. I’ve marked them accordingly, and any tickets you send in the future should find us.

    The reason your account is blank is that it somehow became separated from your subscription; I’ve reconnected them now.

    Could you check to see that it’s working? On my end, your license is displaying as active.
