Your complain is not related to this specific plugin, but to another WooCommerce plugin. This is a premium plugin with a license system.
You’ve purchased a license for one of our premium plugins which gives you support and updates for one year. After that year you can still use the plugin. If you still want to receive support and updates you need to renew your license. This is described on our productpages and documentation. We also explained this to you in our emails.
I understand you’re still not happy with our response. We tried to explain and help you in our support emails.
