Hi Rebekah, our subscriptions are usually valid for one domain and its sub-domains only, e.g. https://www.mydomain.com and https://subdomain.mydomain.com, but not for different domain suffixes, e.g. it will work on https://www.mydomain.com but not on https://www.mydomain.eu.
If a subscription must be used on more than one domain suffix, like the case of Landis+Gyr, a special Premium subscription and authorization is required. In the particular case of your client, they already have a Premium subscription, with authorization to be used on more than one suffix (.eu, .de, .fr, etc.), but each one of those suffixes must be individually authorized by our team. In the case of .com.br, we didn’t get the request for authorization previously, and for that reason it wasn’t working for you. We have now added landisgyr.com.br to the list of authorized domains for your subscription and it’s working fine.
If you need to add another suffix to this list, please contact us by email to info at stockdio dot com.
