License key server and woocommerce

Hello,

i would like to sell plugins or theme through woocommerce.
I was thinking to use a license server and woocommerce for that purpose.
So the purchase path would be:
1. customer purchase a plugin
2. woocommerce send him download link and license key in email
3. user install plugin and activate the license
4. my server check license and activate key
5. user can use plugin till expiration date
6. 1 month or 2 weeks before expiration date of license key, my server sends notification email to license renewal to user.

so pretty simple in fact.
What is the best license server for that purpose ?
