License not working and can’t get support from site.

    Hi.

    My WordPress says:

    Your WooCommerce Photo Reviews Premium has expired so you no longer receive automatic updates as well as support. Please go to renew now

    I have used it less than a year

    Also i can’t post or read anything on the support site there. It says i need to be a verified user.

    I tried to get verified, and i accepted the connection between envato and villatheme also.

    But still i can’t send any support messages and can’t see old ones.

    I’m very frustrated.

    EDIT: Seems like i only got 6 months of updates. This is a big HOAX

    1. Once your Item Support expired, you’re unable to access the premium Support Forum. You can still open tickets on this Forum though: https://villatheme.com/supports/forum/presale/
      It’s for all users and you won’t be charged any extra fee there, no worries.
    2. Auto updates feature tags along with Item Support duration, which is 6 to 12 months.
