    Hello! I just renewed our license, but the panel still prompts me to renew. What do I need to do? I already paid for it.

    Please try to delete your access key (but don’t forget to save it somewhere else), then save the plugin’s settings. Next write back your key and save settings again. If this doesn’t help please create a ticket here in our private ticket system:

    This way we will know your CleanTalk profile and could check everything that is required.
