• On June 17 and September 7, respectively, two separate subscriptions auto-renewed as they have for the past couple of years. While they show as active on the Subscriptions page, on the Licenses page they are still showing as expired.

    I have emailed you a couple of times re: this but have yet to receive a response. Any help would be appreciated.
