Licensing and WAH Slowing Down Backend Dashboard

Firstly – I purchased a Pro License some time ago. As far as I was aware at the time this was a lifetime license. I tried to get help on the Pro Support page but told my support ended in October 2020. I was not aware that this had to be renewed annually as I have never had any notifications about my licenses.

I now have a problem as follows:

I have WAH installed on a number of sites. On this particular one my backend dashboard slowed down to the point it is unusable. I have done the following:

Deactivated all plugins – fixes problem
Reactivated all plugins EXCEPT WAH – fixes problem
Deactivated all plugin EXCEPT WAH (so WAH only plugin active) – problem returns

So pretty confident the problem is with WAH.

Sytem info:

WordPress – v6.4.2
WAH Pro – v0.1.8.5
PHP – v8.0.30
Host provider – one.com
Browsers Tested: Safari, Firefox and Chrome – all have same problem with WAH activated
Cache Plugin – Performance Cache from one.com – but has been deactivated.

I have had to leave WAH deactivated for now in order to do anything.

If you could provide an update on the licensing situation please and any ideas about how to fix the problem?
