Licensing issue

    I bought the pro version of WP-Poll last septamber on Envato market site but the licence is not known on Plugin bazar site : so uodate are not available to be installed.
    Open a ticket 6 weeks ago : not any feedback!
    Is there a way to solve this deadlock?
