Licensing Plugin for WordPress/WooCommerce

I manage a website for a company that currently uses the OpenCart shopping cart to sell digital downloads. A small number of those items are licensed through a service called “LimeLM”: https://wyday.com/limelm/
In order for the licensed products to generate a license code, I had to take the code provided by Lime, and implement it into OpenCart, inserting my own function between the checkout confirmation script and the thank you page.
Our company now has a new website which we developed in WordPress/WooCommerce. I would like to continue using Lime, but rather than hacking WordPress, I was hoping there was a plugin we could implement where, possibly we could input the settings (“LimeLM API Key”, “LimeLM Version ID” etc.) and send out the email with the activation key prior to being redirected to the thank you page.
