Lien expiré, Erreur API 190

    Bonjour,

    Je viens d’installer le plugin sur un site mais je n’arrive pas à connecter le compte instagram. Quand je souhaite le connecter il me met ‘Lien expiré”. Je saisie alors le jeton et l’ID et j’ai le message Erreur API 190. J’ai essayé plusieurs fois mais toujours le même problème. J’ai aussi désactivé des extensions..
    Pouvez vous m’aider svp ?

    Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. In some cases, this can be due to conflicting plugins – usually security type ones, or specific host setups causing our links for connecting your account to be broken. In these cases, you can use the tool on our website to generate an Access Token and ID, found here: https://smashballoon.com/instagram-feed/token/

    With the generated information, you add it in the plugin settings using the Manually connect an Account button.

    Merci pour votre réponse mais lorsque je saisie le jeton d’accès et l’identifiant alors j’ai le message Erreur API 190. J’ai essayé plusieurs fois mais ?a ne fonctionne pas.

    Could you please contact us via the form on our website, here, including the System Info from the Support tab in the plugin, as well as the newly generated Access Token and ID.
