    Good Afternoon Gentlemen,

    I really like your plug in, the set up is easy to follow, and it is very user friendly. However, I am having a bit of trouble. I added a subscription tier for lifetime subscription, but when I add a user and pick this option and mark it active, and confirm the dates are correct, I go back to the member list page and it showing them as expired. Why is it doing this? Is there a max year for this plug in? I have used 100 and 50 years, is that to big?

    Please help

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    From your explanation I understand that all the Members that you add manually in PMS -> Members have the Subscription Plan expired even if you setup the dates correctly.

    Can you create a new Subscription Plan and set the duration to 0 (Unlimited) and try again to add this plan to a test member?
