    Hi guys,

    I tried to limit my form to just 1 submission (by going into Lifespan>Submissions tab, but it always seems to be available no matter what.

    In other words: Even if “User #1” submitted the form, “User #2” could still access it and see it in full.

    I tried it from different browsers, logged out, logged in, under multiple test usernames, and always kept seeing the form. I am also not running any caching plugins.

    Am I missing something? Is the form not supposed to disappear with a custom message at that point? Can you guys try it from your end to try and replicate the issue?

    I hope you’re well today!

    If there’s a lifespan set for a form by the number of submissions then form should be unavailable after that number of submissions is made.

    It can be simply hidden or you can set your own messages (like e.g. “form no longer available”) but still: if it’s set to 1 submission and one user already submitted it, no other user should see it.

    Since this is not happening the first and most common reason is actually cache. If the page on which the form is placed is cached and served to the user from cache, that limit may not be applied in some cases (that depends on how given cache works).

    That beings said, could you please;

    1. purge all cache on site/server (if there is any) and check again?
    2. on form’s “Beahvior” settings page, try setting “Rendering” option to “Load form using AJAX” and if that alone doesn’t help, additionally enable “Prevent page caching on form pages” option.

    Start with that and let us know if it helps or if the issue still happens.
