Lifetime License for FooBox Business – Can’t Update or Login to My Account

    I purchased FooBox (Business) and was told the license key never expires. I use the plugin on several sites. The plugin is currently on version 2.4.0.0 but now it will not update:

    There is a new version of FooBox HTML & Media Lightbox available. View version 0.0.1 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin.

    I got this message:

    Your foobox license key is no longer supported!
    We have migrated to a new licensing system. Read more details on how you can migrate.

    When I click the link to “read more details”, it goes to an error page:

    which says:

    “The link you clicked has been
    deleted or suspended”

    Please restore my lifetime license.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
