I am using the free version of LifterLMS, and I am facing issues with user login and registration. When a user enrolls in a course through the LifterLMS checkout form (billing form), after clicking the “Buy Now” button, the user is not redirected to the user dashboard. Instead, they remain logged out. However, when I checked from the WordPress dashboard, I could see that the user account was created, and a course was assigned to the user.

Then, I tried to log in the user using the LifterLMS login form, but I encountered this error: “Could not find an account with the supplied email address and password combination,” even though the login details were correct.

    Hi @developer2210,

    Thanks for reaching out!

We are sorry to hear about your issue.

We tried to replicate this issue but we are unable to replicate this issue. In this issue, I will recommend you to follow the below steps:

Step 1: Ensure that you have added a checkout redirect to “Return to Course”. If you visit your specific course editor page, under the access plan you will get the “Checkout redirect” option and set this to “Return to Course”

Step 2: Double-check if the login information is correct.

Step 3: Clear your website and Browser Cache. Here we have documentation on “LifterLMS FAQs on Caching and Password Reset

Step 4: Ensure that all the plugins and themes are updated on your website,

I hope the above steps will help you to solve the issue.

Feel free to let us know if you have any other questions!

    All the best,

Actually, the issue is now fixed. It was a plugin conflict, and now everything is working properly. Thanks for your attention.
