LifterLMS Quick Enrollment For Free Courses Not Working

    I’m testing LifterLMS to see how compatible it is with my theme and so far everything works except for the actual enrollment. I want to provide all free courses for my registered users (they already exist on my WP site). right now the test page will show the “start course” button (aka the enroll button), as I have created a Free Access Plan but all tests have been unsuccessful. No matter if I’m logged in as the admin, logged in as a test user, or even logged out and going through the registration page.

    The system is somewhat seeing the process because when I register as a logged out user, I get the email, but I will not see the user as “enrolled” in the course page. And the button still says “start course” instead of “continue”. I get redirected to an empty page (the registration page).

    If I “enroll” as an admin, I don’t get an email and I don’t see my name on the student list. I had to manually add my user from the course page.

    I have googled what could be the problem, and I’m sure it must be something minor, but I cannot figure out WHY the enrollment to free courses is not working. Any pointers are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    I have continued to test and every time I’m logged in (admin or regular user), I click on enroll and I get redirected to the Access Plan Purchase Link, aka an empty registration page (logical that it’s empty since the user is already registered), and that’s where it ends.

    No redirection to the course and I don’t get added to the Enrolled Students list inside the course.

    Not sure why and I don’t know what else to try!

    Everything else seems to “work” except for actually getting people enrolled.

    I don’t seem to be able to reproduce this issue.
    Might be due to some wrong configuration on your side?!

    Could you please try to add a free access plan for the sample course shipped with the plugin (you can find it in the data-sample folder, and you can import it via the plugin’s importer: https://lifterlms.com/docs/importing-lifterlms-courses/)?
