    You have an old and custom jQuery script included. Upgrade it.

    I tried but can’t address the file needs to be change.,
    can you please advice me, Which files needs upgrade?

    You have to include a newer version of jQuery, the one that comes built-in with WP. You’ll have to contact the theme author for details. Unfortunately we don’t have the resources to fix themes.
