Light box not working

Funny. the last guy couldn’t switch his lightbox off. I can’t switch mine on. Do I have to have an additional lightbox plugin installed for this feature to work?

my shortcode is:
[aigpl-gallery-album category=”1″ popup=”true”]
the album and gallery are there but when i click on the images they are display on a blank page (parent page with no template).

I’ve tried to get support through you website chat facility but no-one got back to me as promised.
