Light box with in pop up not working

  • Hi there.
    I enabled light box option but light box in not showing product image rather it goes to image url on clicking to the product image.

    2ndly I am sorry I am asking an irrelevant question to this query but I want to know is there any possibility to show quick view button through shortcode or by other. Please see my home page too where I showed a product carousel through my custom plugin.

    For the 2nd request unfortunately this feature is not present in this version of the plugin.

    I am sorry I could not explain well. But I am not talking about the quick view light box, I am talking about the “Enable Lightbox” option that will open the product image in further light box within the quick view popup model. I am referring this https://docs.yithemes.com/yith-woocommerce-quick-view/category/free-version-settings. You have added an option of “Enable lightbox” but it does not open product image in another lightbox rather it goes to the image url upon clicking on image. It should open in lightbox. Am I right? its your free version feature.

    Hi there,

    The problem can be related to theme, can you try to switch it with one of default like Twenty Seventeen?
