Light Gallery does not create Previews Images

  • Hello,

    On my 2 websites (same site, different languages):
    https://www.agenziabozzo.com/
    https://en.agenziabozzo.com/

    i’m unable to see any of the previews of the images that i put in the Gallery Section of the Real Estate Settings Panel.
    The light gallery does not create the previews automatically so it can’t load the image and shows the missing image icon. If i click it, then the image opens (the real image, not the 870×420 preview auto generated)

    I have already tried to:
    – Upload different image format/size
    – Disable all other plugins
    – Change the theme (avada, which is the last thing i’ve updated)
    – Restore an old version of ERE (1.5.4)

    This happens for every new listing and if add new images to already published listings. Old published listings show the 870×420 preview images because at that time the plugin worked fine in generating the preview images.

    p.s. I see the hotel favicon instead of the bed icon for bedrooms number. Is this normal ?

    SOLVED: Reverted back from ERE 1.5.6 to ERE 1.5.3 and Avada 5.6.2. to 5.5.2

    Hi.
    That plug in is so perfect, BUT I’m having the same issue, and I’m trying to find the error, it seems to be in the “property-slider.php”. It won’t load the “img src” correctly.

    Where did you find the old version? Can you tell me please? Thanks!

    SO no fix from the plugin dev on this? I’m using Avada and on my property page, I have a broken image icon instead of a featured image. Are we going to get an actual response on this problem or am I not going to be able to use this plugin?
