Lightbox display different than live demo

    Hello,
    I just download the plugin and tried, and it seems really good !
    However, I have a strong issue? The displayed lightbox is totally different from the configured one on plugin setting.
    here is the overview from plugin configurator :

    Is the problem relevant to the plugin ? or a wrong configuration ?

    Hi dragueurdeparis,

    Your form selected is empty. Click edit button against your form in the Custom Form section under the General tab. Add your fields, and Click OK. Click Update Options button to save your options.

    Thank you for your answer.
    I have set as the custom form, but nothing is displayed now. I tried to refresh several time the cache, but no windows appears. Below is setting I made for displaying.

    Also, since this morning, wordpress is asking me to update the plugin to version 1.3. But download failed with “Not Found” issue. Is it linked to this error ?

    Since the Reappear option is selected, the lightbox will appear to a user only once in 24 hours. You may set that function later after all settings are done.

    And about the plugin update, its due to some technical issues regarding the wordpress servers. It ‘ll be alright in a while.
