Lightbox doesn't do anything

    I have set lightbox to popup on scroll (also tried to set for inactive at 2 seconds). No setting brings the lightbox up.

    I submitted a support ticket, but have not received a response. Client wanted this today, and is frustrated that I can’t fix it.
