Lightbox doesn’t show up

    Hello,
    My wordpress is of 4.6.18 and i installed and activated the plugin. But i don’t understand why the lightbox won’t show up even when i’ve clearly selected “Media File” for the images.

    Hi @generalsagar,

    We’ve tested the plugin locally on 4.6.18 and don’t see any issues. The lightbox opens the image without issues.

    Do you have a public link where we can see the issue you’re having? If not, there may be a conflict with another plugin or your theme. Without further information, we would suggest disabling all other WordPress plugins and changing to a default WordPress theme and see if it works then.
