It is not a slider plugin. It is a slider gallery that comes with a theme.

It is Blocksy theme starter site called Review Hub https://creativethemes.com/blocksy/starter-sites/review-hub/

I use it with Gutenberg.

Blocksy adds the slider outside of WordPress’ standard content areas, and is therefore not natively supported by SLB.

However, adding support for Blocksy’s custom content areas to SLB should be possible via an extension. You can suggest a new extension on SLB’s official forum.
