Lightbox effect not initialized

    Hi all,
    I cant see (or start) the lightbox effect at the beginig (at the first image click), also the preloading icon doesnt diaplay. The main lightbox effect seems to be missing or not initialized. Could anybody help me with this?, I really dont know what Im doing wrong, or how to fix it. Im usign the free version.
