Lightbox effect works only on several galleries in one site

  • I have tried all possible variations, but cannot understand why Lightbox effect works ONLY on 2 galleries, but on other 5 it does not. The web site is the same, all settings for the galleries are the same!

    The source code is the same, but one gallery has Lightbox effect and the other just opens the image in the browser.

    Any comments are welcome!

    @zaraza – That is definitely an odd thing to read. Have you made sure there are not strange plugin conflicts happening, or even checked if everything works OK with a WordPress default Twenty series theme?

    Just a couple of troubleshooting ideas … if they do not help you sort out the issue, please feel free to submit a Bug Report (https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) so we can look further into this and help you sort out the issue.

    We will likely need log in credentials, and possibly FTP credentials, please include those with the Bug Report so our Support Team / Developers can get that closer look.
