Lightbox For single image in post

Your plugin is perfect for galleries.
I am trying to apply Lightbox for the defaut image in a post, in place the default link on the image.
I don’t founf wher I can write .. class=”lightbox” for this automatic action ?
.. include/ medias.php …. ?Would you help me, please ?
