lightbox iframe youtube ?rel=0&autoplay=1 working half

Hi everybody,
anyone have some clues to give out about that when i use lightbox shortcode and iframe option with youtube url ending with ?rel=0&autoplay=1 or vice versa ?autoplay=1&rel=0 to have a video popping up and auto playing with no suggested video at the end of the playing is just doing or autoplay=1 or rel=0 ( just the first piece of code that is folloving the id video, the second piece is totally ignored ). already tried to use & instead of only & not worked out.
