lightbox is black – no photos

If you use the image direct from Facebook and not from WordPress, some times Facebook changes the URL on you. Best thing you can do is check the box to download to WordPress as well (takes longer, I know, but image won’t break if you). Or you can click “sync” button to resync the gallery and that should fix it, at least for a while. Best of luck!

Hello Mike,

Unfortunately, that’s not the solution. I still have to press the “sync” button manually every x times. Last week a visitor of my website mentioned the problem, just now I noticed it (the albums are syncing again right now).

Could it have something to do with the upgrade to the newest WP version ?

EDIT : whoops, the manual syncing doesn’t seem to do the trick anymore :-s Please help.

You will also need to update the shortcode after you sync the photos to WordPress: wp_photos="true". That will tell the shortcode to use the WordPress photos in your media library.
