Lightbox isn't working

Hi,

I’ve used Nextgen on many of my websites and never had a problem. I have just installed the plugin on my new website and for some reason the lightbox isn’t working. When clicking on the image, it takes it to a separate page. I have checked that all the settings are correct. I’ve even switched themes to see if that would fix the problem. Unfortunately it didn’t. Still having the same issue. I love this plugin as it offers so much more customisation than other plugins I’ve used. I hope someone can help me!
