Lightbox issue

    When I create a product and add the additional gallery images, they do not show up in the lightbox. When the images are clicked, they open up in a new page. I have deactivated any image and gallery plug-ins and the issue is still present. I presume when an image is clicked the lightbox opens and the user can view the different images of the product. Thanks for the help. Brian
