Lightbox Not Appearing

Hi there,

We enabled the lightbox pop-up on our website, but it seems to reset the API information and the actual ‘form’ details rather often.

Now, we’re unable to get the lightbox to display at all.

Please let me know what the easiest fix is, we have emailed directly via your website and have been asked to contact you again via this thread… rather annoying for us and the client.
