Please provide a screenshot of Simple Lightbox’s (SLB) settings page.

Screenshots can be uploaded and shared via any free image hosting service (e.g. Imgur, etc.)

SLB supports standard WordPress widgets. Though another plugin may refer to something as a “widget”, it may not be supported if it is not actually a standard WordPress widget.

I need to see the code for the theme template used for page (not the page’s source from the browser) to fully evaluate your issue.

Hi, it appears that the “SiteOrigin Image” widget injects excess whitespace and newlines when creating the image link, which prevents the link from being detected by SLB.

Several other widgets were tested with SiteOrigin, and only the “SiteOrigin Image” widget appears to be affected. Using any of the other widgets to add image links is recommended (e.g. Image, SiteOrigin Editor, Custom HTML, etc.).

Hi, I switched from ‘siteorigin image’ to ‘image widget’ and all the images load and expand now in SLB! however there is one image that appears smaller in the lightbox than the actual size here:

Hi, you can disable SLB’s “Resize lightbox to fit in window” option if you want images to be displayed at their original size, rather than be automatically scaled to fit in the browser window.
