Lightbox not loading in IE/FF

    My gallery shows the image thumbnails, but when I click on an image to open in lightbox, the loading circle continually spins but does not load the image.

    This only occurs in IE and FF. Unfortunately I cannot share the URL of the gallery.

    Error message in IE console:

    SCRIPT5009: ‘lightbox_ctrl_btn_pos’ is undefined
    bwg_gallery_box.js?ver=1.2.81, line 25 character 3

    Error message in FF console:

    ReferenceError: lightbox_ctrl_btn_pos is not defined

    Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
