Lightbox not loading, NextGEN 1.9.8 gone weird with WP 3.5 upgrade

My LightBox and Thick Box are not working since I have upgraded to NextGEN 1.9.8 and WordPress 3.5. Only the Shutter box works in effects.
Also I am unable to delete NextGEN now and when I try to the page goes white with Fatal Error message.
Is there a bug with NG and the new WP?
Any advice or help as to what to do?
