Lightbox not opening

  • Lightbox does not open in desktop browsers such as Chrome or Edge, unless you hit the shift key. It seems to work okay on a mobile phone. Please advise

    Unfortunately the page link you have provided is not accessible.
    However the described issue usually occurs due to some sort of caching/optimization system enabled on the website.
    Please check the general issue with the website/page first , once resolved, if you have any optimization plugin or caching system enabled, please try to either disable it or exclude that page from optimization/caching and test if the issue gets resolved.
